Refund and Returns Policy
At Gopal Glories, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Since we are a new business, we have a limited return policy to ensure smooth operations while keeping our customers satisfied.
Returns
- We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items—not for change-of-mind purchases.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If your return is approved, you will be eligible for either a replacement or store credit within 2 days. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not available.
- If the item is found to be ineligible (used, damaged due to misuse, etc.), we reserve the right to deny the return.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at gopalglories@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the defect or issue
- We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, you must ship the product back to us within 3 days of approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Gift cards & digital products
- Personal care items (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank before contacting us at gopalglories@gmail.com.
Refunds (if applicable) may take 5-7 business days to process.
